Meet the Team
Together with our parent company, we have been in business since 2006 and serve as active leaders in our local real estate and property management communities. We believe it is essential to to our owners that we stay current on the latest and ever changing California legal developments as well as local property management trends. We offer residential, apartment and commercial management services.
Following her graduation from UC Riverside with a degree in Economics, Melinda continued her studies at Pepperdine School of Law. She served as managing editor of the Law Review and graduated Magna Cum Laude with Amjur awards in real property and in wills, trusts and estates. Melinda spent the next twelve years in the legal field most notably as in house Counsel for Boeing Capital Corporation.
In 2006, Melinda obtained her broker’s license and helped her husband, Neal, launch MyRentBoss' sister company, Freedom First Properties.
Dan brings over 40 years of success as an entrepreneur, business owner, and real estate investor. As a result, he has a true understanding of investor needs and concerns and has organized the company around these precepts. Dan has an extensive background in business software and believes in using it to harness the convenience and efficiency of automation to enhance the experience of both owners and tenants. Dan currently lives in Anaheim Hills with his wife, Jeanette, where they enjoy spending time with their adult children and grandchildren.
Neal entered the real estate industry immediately following graduation from Cal State Fullerton in 1991. Along with his degree in Real Estate Finance he obtained his appraisal license the following year.
Neal’s evaluation experience is extensive and includes valuing property for traditional loan purchases, rentals, relocations, new construction projects, bankruptcy and tax purposes, as well as legal proceedings for divorces. He has also provides expert witness testimony in court. His current clientele includes asset valuation management companies, major lenders and mortgage brokers such as Wells Fargo, Citibank, and JP Morgan Chase and local family law, probate and trust attorneys.
Deby has served as a real estate services manager since 2012. Her responsibilities include preparing leases, managing client accounts, and addressing tenant requests in a timely manner.
Deby loves the flexibility and variety of the job plus she enjoys the personal interaction with her residents and owners. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton and worked in human resources prior to her entry into property management. Deby currently lives in Placentia with her husband, two adult children and their personality filled pup, Kacey.
Landen joined our team following her graduation from Orange Lutheran High School. As a competitive athlete and coach, Landen brings an advanced understanding to the concept of the teamwork and a commitment to doing the job right. Landen is currently taking courses to secure her real estate license. In her free time she enjoys off roading in her Jeep and rooting for USC football.
Priscilla has worked in the property management industry for over 6 years and loved the flexibility it pursued her in obtaining her real estate license. Priscilla's responsibilities include addressing tenant requests, showing properties, preparing leases, onboarding owners, and the application and screening process. Priscilla loves the variety offered by property management and interacting with many different people daily. Priscilla went to Cal State Sacramento for Public Relations. Priscilla lives in La Habra with her husband and daughter.
Nathan brings a dynamic blend of financial acumen and creative problem-solving to our team. A graduate of Hope International University with a degree in Business Management, Nathan seeks to leverage innovative software solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline operations, benefitting both property owners and tenants. His primary responsibilities involve overseeing our maintenance department and handling owner and vendor payments.
Beyond the office, Nathan employs his creativity in writing both music and novels. Bringing this outside of the box mentality into the workplace, Nathan works to provide the highest standards in financial operations and maintenance
